Official sources first

Every NDIS rule, registration group code, threshold and date we publish comes from an official source, such as the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, the NDIA or the NDIS Practice Standards. We link to the source on the page.

Assumptions are labelled

Some figures, like typical audit or consultant costs, aren't published officially. Where we use them, we show them as ranges, label them as estimates and say where they came from.

Summaries are marked as summaries

Where we explain official wording in plain English, we label it as our summary and link to the original text.

Review and dates

Content is checked against the official sources before it's published, and each page shows the date it was last reviewed. We're also having our content reviewed by a person with NDIS compliance or audit experience; once a page has been reviewed, it names the reviewer. We re-check content when the NDIS Commission or NDIA updates its rules, and each year when the NDIS pricing schedule and claiming rules change.
