Privacy policy

RegiReady handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We collect only what we need.

What we collect and why

• Newsletter signups: your email address, so we can send the updates you asked for. We confirm your subscription by email first (double opt-in).
• Matching requests: your name, email, optional phone number, state, services and timeframe, so we can introduce you to a suitable consultant, insurer or software provider. We only share these details with partners if you tick the consent box on the form.
• Tool answers: answers you enter into our tools are processed in your browser. Where a tool saves your progress, it is stored on your device (in your browser's local storage), not on our servers.
• Usage statistics: we use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies or identify you, to see which pages and tools are used.

Who we share it with

We use these service providers to run the site. They process data on our behalf:

• Vercel: website hosting and anonymous analytics
• MailerLite: newsletter email
• Resend: delivering matching requests to our inbox

Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We don't sell personal information. We only share matching requests with partners when you have consented.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in every email.
• Ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you.
• Clear tool data saved in your browser by clearing your site data.
